Data Sets:
MALDI-TOF-MS spectrum of standard oligonucleotides using 3-HPA matrix in dibasic ammonium citrate, acquired in the positive ion mode of an ABI 4800 TOf/TOF instrument. An aliquot of 5 pmol of each oligonucleotide was directly onto a MALDI spot pre-spotted with matrix.
